What's the difference between Manga Only and All Formats?+
Manga Only restricts your picks to our manga catalogue at a lower price. All Formats lets you pick from manga, manhwa, or novels each cycle for a slightly higher price - better value if you read across formats.
Will I get the limited edition or regular edition?+
Whichever tier you're on, you'll receive the limited edition if the title you selected is currently available for pre-order, or the standard regular edition once it has launched.
What happens if I skip a month?+
Your book credit carries forward automatically to the following month. You can accumulate carry-forwards and redeem multiple books at once whenever a title you've been waiting for becomes available.
Is the bonus manga random?+
Yes - on both annual plans, the bonus manga is a surprise pick from our catalogue, hand-selected by our editorial team. It won't duplicate a title you've already chosen.
When am I charged?+
Monthly plans are charged on the same date each month. Annual plans are charged once upfront for the full year. All payments are automatic - you'll get a receipt by email each time.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time before the next billing date. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Unused credits at cancellation are forfeited.
Is this available outside the USA?+
The subscription program is currently available in the United States only. We're working on international expansion - join the waitlist to be notified when your region launches.
