Refund and Payment Issue Policy

Digital reading purchases are not refundable after access is delivered, except for payment issues such as duplicate charges, wrong amount, payment network failure, or payment completed but access not unlocked.

Digital Reading Purchases

  • No refund is provided for a normal completed digital chapter or book purchase after access is delivered.
  • Refund review is available for duplicate charge, wrong amount, failed access after payment, or network/payment gateway issue.
  • If a refund is approved for a digital purchase, related reading access may be removed.

Physical Book Orders

  • Physical orders and preorders are handled separately from digital reading access.
  • Users should contact support quickly for address mistakes, duplicate orders, payment issues, or damaged delivery review.
  • Shipping status, preorder timing, and inventory availability may affect cancellation eligibility.

Campaign Pledges

  • Campaign payments are stored as pledges toward a fixed funding goal.
  • If a campaign does not reach its goal, eligible paid pledges may be refunded to the original payment method.
  • If a campaign reaches its goal, fulfillment updates will be shared through the website or email.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are reviewed by the admin team. Approved Stripe refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or card processing time depends on the user's payment provider.
